The Sandhills Guest House is a quaint, modern ranch house located 10 miles north of Lakeside, NE on Highway 250. The Guest House easily accomodates six people. It has a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, second bedroom with two twin beds and a comfortable sleeper sofa. More space is available for sleeping bags if needed. The kitchen comes fully furnished with cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and flatware. The Guest House also has a comfortable living room complete with books, puzzles and board games. We also have a washer and dryer available at no charge.

In addition to our sleeping accomodations, we also offer stand-alone ranch tours and birding tours where you can get a behind the scenes look at a modern working ranch or have an all-access, guided birding adventure on our 5,000 acres of Sandhill ranchland. Over 60 species of birds can be seen either migrating or nesting on the ranch. We welcome groups and meals are available by arrangement.

For those wanting a more in-depth experience, hiking trails through the scenic Sanhills are a great way to get close to nature or take a kayak out on the lake for a "bird´s eye view" of our spectacular wetland wildlife.
